Green River United Methodist Church!

Green River United Methodist Church is a group of less-than-perfect people who join together to worship, serve and celebrate God. We're not a real formal bunch, and think you'd find yourself feeling pretty comfortable here.

We don't pretend to have all the answers, or even to know all the questions. We do believe, though, in the Good News, or Gospel, of Jesus Christ. We also want to make a positive difference in each others' lives through the power of God's Holy Spirit, and to make a positive impact on our community.

Our ministries are expanding, and we invite you to look around our website to see what we're doing. Of course, we'd love to have you join us, and think there's a pretty good chance you'd feel comfortable here.

Blaze Youth Ministries Moves to Thursday Nights

Starting right away, our youth program moves to Thursday nights at 6 p.m., and runs to 8 p.m.

Girl Scouts to Meet at Church

Facility in March, Most of April

A local Girl Scout group, which normally meets at the pavilion at Expedition Island, will meet at GRUMC temporarily beginning in March. The temporary move, which will last for about six weeks, will put the girls group in the building's lower level on Wednesday afternoons from 4 p.m. to

5 p.m. More information will be available about this soon.
